After treating Fergal and Blinder, part of my sponsored team, Gemma Fronda kindly invited us to use their pool!! This is still in development but her team is reaping the benefits of regular swimming sessions for their fitness and it will hopefully be open to the public at some point in the future. We had no intention of Nova joining us, but she was desperate to get in so had her first little swimming lesson!
